  • All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. If you’ve selected Next Day Delivery, your order will arrive the next working day after dispatch.

    Personalised items are made to order and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Non-personalised pieces are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Yes, we do! International orders are shipped via a tracked service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 7–14 working days from dispatch.

    Please note: customers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply.

  • We accept returns on non-personalised, non-pierced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

    We’re unable to accept returns on:

    • Personalised or made-to-order items, unless faulty

    • Earrings or other pierced jewellery if the hygiene seal has been broken

  • If you’ve just placed your order and need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item hasn’t yet gone into production, we’ll do our best to make the adjustment.
