All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. If you need your order in a hurry, you can select Next Day Delivery at checkout.
Standard Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch)
Next Day Delivery – Available at checkout for urgent orders
Personalised items are made to order and will be dispatched within 5–7 working days. Non-personalised items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Wilde Bridal order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Non-personalised, non-pierced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Personalised items are non-refundable, as they are made to order especially for you, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging.

Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless your item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order.
