All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. If you need your order in a hurry, you can select Next Day Delivery at checkout.

  • Standard Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch)

  • Next Day Delivery – Available at checkout for urgent orders

Personalised items are made to order and will be dispatched within 5–7 working days. Non-personalised items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Wilde Bridal order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Non-personalised, non-pierced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Personalised items are non-refundable, as they are made to order especially for you, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging.

Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless your item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order.
